Preparation method
The preparation of this coating includes grinding, mixing, blending and other procedures, which belongs to conventional operation.
The raw materials are compatible with the coating. The proportion range of each component in parts by mass is: 50-80 parts of coating matrix, 10-20 parts of energy-storing luminescent pigment, 5-10 parts of flavoring agent, 0-5 parts of insect repellent and 100 parts of solvent.
Among them, the matrix of luminescent coatings includes water-soluble coatings, such as porcelain-like toughened coatings, colorful coatings and common interior wall coatings, and the matrix suitable for luminescent coatings also includes fat-soluble substrates, such as mixed paints, porcelain paints, baking paints and plastic-sprayed materials. The flavoring agent includes water extract of one or more of Chinese herbal medicine spices such as clove, mint, fennel, nutmeg and star anise, or organic solvent extract and chemical essence. Insecticides include one or more of camphor, naphthalene, pyrethroids and amines. Solvents include water, polyvinyl alcohol solution, paint thinner and other organic solvents.
Product application:the coating is suitable for stair handrails in civil buildings and public places, emergency passage signs of power switches, murals, reliefs, indoor walls, etc.
Product characteristics This coating has the characteristics of fragrance dispersion, insect prevention and mildew prevention, and is widely used.
