Preparation method
Mix ingredients according to components and contents, add ingredients into a high-speed premixer, mix for 15-20min, then add them into a twin-screw extruder, heat, melt and mix, the heating temperature is 80℃ in zone A and 120℃ in zone B, and the extruder speed is 450r/min. After extrusion, tabletting, cooling, tabletting specifications are 2mm×10mm× 10mm, and feeding them into an air mill at the speed of 180r/min.
Among them, the luminous materials are SrNO:42.5, EuO 14.99, Al2O3: 330, BaC127, NaCl: 4, Ag: 0.46 and Pb: 1.05.

The raw materials are compatible with the coating, and the proportion range of each component in parts by mass is: 1-40 parts of luminous material, 30-40 parts of E2 epoxy resin, 30-40 parts of polyester resin, 5-10 parts of leveling agent and 1-2 parts of accelerator.
The luminous material contains oxides of Sr and Eu, and does not contain metal sulfides. Its raw material chemical components are (in parts by mass): srnog 5-90, euo 0.01-30, AlO2-80, baclg 1-15, NaCl 2-10, Ag 0.01~1.5, Pb 0.01~2.5 and Cacog 0.

Product application
This product is a thermosetting luminous powder coating, which is used to decorate and coat metal products or heat-resistant non-metallic materials to display night light.

Product characteristics This product has the characteristics of good stability of luminous effect, long luminous time, uniform coating of the composition, strong adhesion and wide application range, and is suitable for electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating. Because the composition is 100% solid and contains no volatile solvent, it has no environmental pollution, safe operation, convenient storage and transportation, and can be recycled and reused, and the utilization rate can reach over 95%.
