Application:
1. Application of ink/coating: drying method: (self-drying, baking, UV curing), which can be diluted with corresponding thinner when used. (Water-based ink can also be customized and diluted with water). It is suggested to use white or light white as the printing background, which can improve the difference of color change.
Ink/coating: the surface coating of various materials such as printed fabrics, paper, synthetic films, glass and plastic products, including ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA and other plastic materials. Screen selection: the mesh size is selected between 150 mesh and 200 mesh.
Printing method: screen printing/offset printing/transfer printing/pad printing/spraying, etc.
2. Injection molding application
Suitable for injection molding, extrusion and molding, and can be used for ABS/PE/PP/PVC/PU/EVA/ silica gel/rubber and so on.
Product proportion:
The optically variable water emulsion is used for water-based ink and coating 5%-40% w/w.
Photochromic powder is used in oily ink and coating 3%-30% w/w.
Photochromic powder is used for injection and extrusion of plastic with 0.2%-1% w/w.
Photochromic plastic color masterbatch is used for plastic injection and extrusion with 0.5%-2% w/w.
