Irreversible temperature change powder, at low temperatures show a specific color, the temperature rises after the color disappears into colorless or other colors, after cooling at room temperature still maintain the color after changing, because the change process at room temperature is irreversible, called “irreversible temperature change powder”.

The basic change types of temperature sensitive color powder: there are three kinds of A, B and C:
A: temperature change color change colorless: basic color (colorless at high temperature, color at low temperature) when the temperature reaches the temperature range, the color disappears.
Pantone card number or physical color palette is available. Temperature discoloration can change color with the rise and fall of temperature. (Taking 31℃ red as an example, the form of discoloration is colorless above 31℃, red below 31℃, reversible discoloration).
B: Temperature change color Change color: when the temperature reaches the temperature range will become another color.
Low temperature is a deep color, high temperature becomes another color. Take 31 degrees purple to red as an example: below 31 degrees is purple, more than 31 degrees becomes red, reversible color change.
C: Temperature change color change colorless irreversible: low temperature color, high temperature colorless. And it remains colorless.

Product use:
Warm powder: suitable for all kinds of plastic PP, PVC, ABS, PU, EVA, PE and silicone rubber and other materials injection, molding, extrusion, injection, extrusion forming.
Temperature change paint: suitable for all kinds of surface coating products, including PMMA paint, ABS paint, PVC paint, paper, cloth, ceramics, glass, hardware, wall, floor, wood, leather, paper, etc.
Temperature change ink: can be used for a variety of printing such as screen printing, pad printing, embossing, offset printing, transfer, spraying and other ways. Suitable for printing of paper, leather, floor, wood, wall, hardware, glass, ceramic, plastic, cloth, fabric, synthetic film and other materials; Note: Offset printing color is light, the effect is not obvious.
Temperature change water paste: suitable for all kinds of cloth printing, processing methods are flat mesh, elliptical machine, manual, table and so on
