Composition of masterbatch: It is made of high brightness luminous powder, PP resin and various auxiliaries
Performance characteristics: The luminous powder content concentration of 10-30%, the outstanding advantage is that the photoluminescent pigment is evenly dispersed in the product, and easy to use, the various additives contained in it are conducive to improving the aging of the product and enhance toughness
Scope of application: Can be mixed with a variety of grades of PP resin, can also be mixed with other resin PP resin compatibility, can be made into a variety of luminous plastic products through injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other molding processes
Usage: The masterbatch and PP resin are directly mixed into the required content, and can be used. Mixing can be done according to the following formula :(PP masterbatch):(PP resin)=1:(M/ n-1), M is the percentage of master luminous powder N is the percentage of required glow in dark powder for example: masterbatch luminous powder content is 30%, the required content is 10%, the following calculation can be done :(PP masterbatch):(PP resin)=1:(0.3/0.1-1)
