preparation method
1# preparation method: add 100 parts of methyl methacrylate (MMA) into 15 parts of synthetic resin, then add 0.1 part of azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN), heat and prepolymerize in light bath until the conversion rate is over 50%, after cooling, add a proper amount of long-lasting luminescent powder and 0.5 part of benzoyl peroxide, and stir evenly to obtain the neon luminescent coating.
Preparation method of 2#: 20 parts of synthetic resin and 0.1 part of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) are respectively added into 100 parts of MMA, heated and prepolymerized in a water bath until the conversion rate is over 50%, cooled, added with mixed solvent (ethanol, acetone and toluene =10:10: 30), and then added with fluorescent powder, and can be used after being stirred and mixed uniformly; Or sealed for storage. Because the long afterglow luminescent powder is easy to precipitate, it needs to be stirred evenly after long-term storage and before use.
