Method for producing photoluminescent pigments

Photoluminescent pigments is a kind of material that can emit light in dark environment, and it can realize its own luminous function by absorbing visible light, and this function of self-luminous is not one-off, but can be repeated. Since luminescent powder contains no radioactive elements, it is often used as an additive. However, it also has some characteristics, so it is necessary to follow its characteristics in the process of use, so that its characteristics can be brought into play in order to achieve better utilization results. There are two methods to make photo luminescent pigments, one is chemical synthesis, and the other is physical method.
Chemical synthesis method: the main components of luminescent powder are fluorescent substances, which can be synthesized by chemical reaction. This method requires highly pure raw materials and precise control conditions. Usually, luminescent substances are mixed with appropriate base materials (such as alumina, silicate, etc.) and made into luminescent powder through various processes such as heating, impregnation and solvent reaction.
Physical method: Another method is to make fluorescent substances into particles by physical method, and then mix them with appropriate base materials. This method is simpler and cheaper, but it needs special equipment and technology.
